Host your event in and around El Reloj, our historic cigar factory in Ybor City. From intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 250 guests, our indoor and outdoor spaces offer a setting unlike anywhere else in Tampa.
We welcome weddings, corporate events, dinners, receptions and other special occasions, with opportunities to incorporate the history and traditions of El Reloj into your event.
El Reloj offers two primary spaces for private events: the Hospitality Room inside our historic cigar factory and Cigar Workers Park directly in front of the factory.
The Hospitality Room
Located on the second floor of El Reloj, the Hospitality Room features exposed brick walls, original wood beams, and a flexible open floor plan that can be arranged for dinners, receptions, meetings, and celebrations.

Cigar Workers Park
Located in front of El Reloj, Cigar Workers Park is an outdoor event space for up to 200 seated guests. The park can be arranged for ceremonies, dinners, receptions, dancing, and other celebrations.

Once you’ve selected your event space, we invite you to consider additional ways to make El Reloj part of your event. Add access to other areas of the factory or bring one of our cigar traditions directly to your guests.

FIRST-FLOOR CIGAR MUSEUM & FACTORY STORE
Add private access to El Reloj’s first-floor Cigar Museum and Factory Store to your event. Guests can explore exhibits on J.C. Newman and Tampa’s cigar history, see historic artifacts, and browse the Factory Store.
Available as an addition to events in the Hospitality Room or Cigar Workers Park.
THIRD-FLOOR CIGAR LOUNGE
Expand your event into our Third-Floor Cigar Lounge, located just off The American Room where our cigar makers hand roll cigars each day. Guests can enjoy a cigar or use the lounge as an additional gathering space, cocktail area, or private retreat throughout the event.
Available as an addition to events in the Hospitality Room or Cigar Workers Park.
Experiences
LIVE CIGAR-ROLLING DEMONSTRATION
Bring one of our cigar rollers to your event for a live demonstration of traditional hand cigar making. Guests can watch the process up close, ask questions, and learn about a craft that has been part of Tampa for generations. A cigar roller can be added to cocktail hours, receptions, dinners, and other events.
CUSTOM CIGARS
Make cigars part of the occasion with personalized cigars created for your event. Add a name, date, message, or logo to create something your guests can enjoy during the celebration or take home with them.
More Spaces Coming Soon
More ways to gather are coming across the street. Elaine’s Restaurant and Stanford’s Cigar Club will offer private rooms for smaller gatherings, along with full restaurant and cigar lounge buyouts for larger events.
