Online Factory Store orders will usually ship out within 2 business days. Any item currently on backorder will ship out once the item is available again.

Any standard order will ship via USPS  5-7 Days, based on the delivery address and products on order.  Any order shipping to Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses will be shipped Priority Mail.  Currently, J.C. Newman Factory Store does not ship orders internationally.

Purchases delivered to addresses within the state of Florida will be charged applicable Florida sales tax.

Personal Reserve Program Shipping

• Staff Picks: Orders will ship within 5-7 business days.
• Personal Reserve Custom Blended Cigars: Shipping will depend on the cigar aging timeframe, as determined during the consultation with our tobacconist.
• Ships only to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Utah), Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
• California and Delaware

  • While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to: 

    • Confirm your delivery of tobacco products by telephone call after 5PM (PT) the day prior to shipment
    • Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery

    Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California or Delaware.

    Any Tobacco Product or Tobacco Substitute: Delaware Law Prohibits Shipping to Individuals Under 21, and Requires the Payment of all Applicable Taxes

Please email returnrequest@jcnewman.com with your order #, item(s) requesting a return, and reasoning. Our team will respond via email during the following business hours:  Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

We are not allowing returns of any Personal Reserve Program purchases.

Personal Reserve Program Return Policy:

Please note that purchases made through the Personal Reserve Program, including Staff Picks, custom blends, and consultations are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the personalized nature of these cigars, all sales are final.
