EL Baton

Introduced in 1914, El Baton was a hand-rolled nickel cigar made with Cuban tobacco in J.C. Newman’s original factory in Cleveland, Ohio before disappearing from the market in the 1920s. In 2008, El Baton was revived as the company’s first Nicaraguan cigar, crafted with full-bodied tobacco grown in Nicaragua’s rich, fertile soils to deliver a smooth, hearty smoke with a little spice.

El Baton

El Baton is a bold, full-bodied cigar handcrafted with an Ecuadorian Havana wrapper and a Nicaraguan blend of aged binder and filler tobaccos. Rich notes of spice, espresso and dark cocoa make for a powerful yet balanced smoking experience.
