We are very honored that Cigar & Spirits magazine has named our Diamond Crown Black Diamond as its 2022 “Cigar of the Year!”
 
We first introduced Black Diamond in 2016. It was a good cigar that many people enjoyed, but we weren’t satisfied with it. Both the cigar and its packaging felt a little off, and I wanted to try to make it better. After two years of work, I am very happy with the improvements we made to Black Diamond’s blend and packaging and, I am humbled by the many accolades it has already received. 
 
As we receive this award, I am very grateful to everyone involved in creating this special cigar, most notably our long-time partners who hand roll Black Diamond at Tabacalera A. Fuente, the world’s finest cigar factory.
 
My hope for our 127-year-old, 4-generation family business is that we will continue to not be satisfied and strive to handcraft better and better cigars each day.
